Wedding Prep Coaching Program

Preparing for your wedding can mean more than that, using exercise and a wedding prep coach to prepare for your wedding can help you feel more confident and in control. Exercise has been proven time and again to boost endorphins and stronger muscles and posture can have you feeling like you're on cloud 9 as you walk with confidence down the aisle to say "I do".


We know the time leading up to your big day can be stressful and time is precious! Strength Training

Strength training has many benefits to help you up to and on your big day, not only has strength training been found to help with weight loss but it also helps to provide a strong confident posture and aesthetic whilst walking down the aisle and on honeymoon. We'll help you answer some common strength training questions like, "How to tone my arms?" and "How to get a fat tummy?"

Flexibility Training

Flexibility training is another very important component of fitness and can help you immensely in the lead up to your wedding day. Flexibility training can help with reducing the risk of injury brought on by added stress and increased workload. Flexibility training can help to feel more mobile and as a result more confident.

Cardiovascular Exercise

Cardiovascular exercise is one of the most important of all health components, improving cardiovascular fitness has many heart related health benefits like lowering cholesterol and blood pressure and helping with stress management.

Sleep and Stress Management

Sleep and stress management plays a vital role in your preparation. We will help you with your sleep and wake up ritual, and ensure you are sleeping optimally. We know there can be a lot of added stress around this time with organising the meal, the guests, the venue, just to name a few. We will help you manage this stress to help you feel in control and ready for anything that will be thrown your way.

Improved Nutrition

Improving nutrition can be difficult to do on your own. You probably have so many questions like, what foods should I eat to fit into my dress? What to eat to drop a dress size? What foods help me look lean? The list goes on and on! We're here to answer your questions! No need to pull your hair out searching google for the right answer, your wedding prep coach will have answers for you specifically related to you and you only!
